The job
Are you passionate about cybersecurity?
- Create customer-focused reports, analyses and research on current cyber threats and trends.
- Conducting research and analysis on threat actors and their tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
- Monitoring the global cyber threat landscape and relevant geopolitical developments.
- Support in identifying and attribution of cyber attacks and in determining appropriate countermeasures.
- Actively collaborate with customers to identify relevant defenses and SOPs, as well as to assess IT security priorities and build customer-specific threat knowledge.
- Developing and maintaining long-term threat profiles tailored to specific customer groups.
- Contribute to the further development of our threat intelligence services.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide relevant and actionable threat analytics.
Skills
Your profile*
- A degree in computer science, IT security, public policy, international relations or a related field is ideal; alternatively, relevant professional experience is also welcome.
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in cyber threat analysis or a similar field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using OSINT sources and tools.
- A fundamental understanding of malicious activities by threat actors, including state-sponsored groups and cybercriminals.
- Ideally, technical understanding of relevant techniques, terminologies and tools.
- The ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Fluent English skills (C1 level) and ideally good German skills (B2); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Independent and structured way of working as well as the willingness to continuously develop.
- Experience in working with customers and stakeholders is an advantage.
