ECS is seeking an OSINT Analyst to work in our Homestead AFB, FL office.

ECS is seeking an Open Source Analyst to join our team at Homestead AFB, Florida. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience as a staff officer at a Combatant Command or Service staff with a demonstrable history of conducting Open Source Intelligence and a working knowledge of Psychological Operations in order to conduct influence and counter-influence operations in support of Combatant Commanders, Special Operations Commanders, and Joint Task Force (JTF) Commanders.

Responsibilities:

This position requires coverage at HQ SOCSOUTH. Support/Travel to approved sites supporting operations in the SOUTHCOM AOR is required. Provide recommendations and execute influence campaigns.  Manage the growth of requirements directed by the Government. Assist in creating contract deliverables. Meet with in-country teams as authorized/directed. Candidate must have the ability to interact professionally and successfully with Government operational representatives. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and is required to have high level public speaking abilities.

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen per contract.
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility; be able to securely handle / safeguard classified information.
  • Five-plus years relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Open Source Intelligence and Psychological Operations.
  • Working knowledge of Collaboration Tools (SharePoint).
  • Experience with high-level military staff briefing and action items.
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office O365 products; excellent writing / briefing skills.
  • Must be available for travel to both domestic and international locations; no combat zone travel is authorized on this contract.
  • Ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in influence and counter-messaging operations.
