Your role:
As a teacher of OSINT, Internet Investigation and Digital Investigation, you will fulfill a versatile and essential role in which you will use your knowledge and experience to teach and guide a broad audience, including law enforcement officers, legal professionals, forensic experts and IT specialists. With your didactic skills and practical experience, you will train students to become expert professionals in this specialist field.

Core activities:

• Providing interactive and practical training to students of various levels and backgrounds on location or online.
• Explaining complex matters in an understandable and inspiring way.
• Using practical examples to clarify the lesson material.
• Developing cases that tie in with current developments in the field.
• Evaluating performance and providing targeted feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools and techniques in the field.
• Contribute to solving complex cases by providing assistance with investigative work on a permanent basis.
• Inspiring students by conveying passion for the profession.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to improve and innovate teaching materials, among other things.

Job requirements:

• You have completed an MBO or HBO education in, for example, Criminology, Law, Computer Science, the security domain or a comparable study.
• Extensive knowledge of OSINT, internet investigation techniques and digital investigation.
• You have experience in teaching or public speaking.
• You are aware of the relevant laws and regulations in the field of privacy and information security.
• You have good communication skills and can work well with colleagues.
• You have strong analytical skills and are able to quickly extract relevant information from a large quantity of digital information sources and make connections.
• You are discreet and can handle confidential information.
• Have a private investigator diploma or are willing to obtain one.
• You are willing to travel within the Netherlands to provide training on location at customers.
