Join Control Risks as an OSINT Operations & Strategy Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting one of our major clients! In this dynamic position, you'll be the operational backbone for the client's global threat assessment and OSINT teams, ensuring that intelligence functions align with key business objectives.
Your expertise will be invaluable in both operational and strategic planning, as well as conducting fundamental OSINT investigations and analysis to effectively support the team's workload. You'll collaborate closely with client leadership, acting as a trusted thought partner to propel strategic initiatives, boost operational efficiency, foster data-driven decision-making, and enhance stakeholder engagement. This role is essential in structuring and refining intelligence operations for maximum impact.
This role will be a part of a shift schedule and will cover some weekends. The team schedule requires two people available daily, with rotations every week. 10 hours a day, 4 days a week.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday
Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Business Operations & Strategic Planning Support:
- Program & Operations Management
- erve as a strategic collaborator with client leadership, ensuring that programs are aligned with overarching security and trust objectives.
- versee project management and operational workflows, monitor key initiatives, and ensure successful execution.
- hampion process enhancements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of OSINT intelligence operations.
- ngage with cross-functional partners to synchronize the threat assessment team and OSINT efforts with the broader client agenda.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- oster collaboration among OSINT, the threat assessment team, and essential business units, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- oordinate cross-functional meetings, working groups, and steering committees, guaranteeing clarity of objectives and follow-up execution.
- ct as a representative for both internal and external stakeholders, promoting OSINT's vital role in addressing business needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Business Intelligence
- artner with data analytics teams to evaluate and communicate OSINT team's business impact through KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- uide the creation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for the threat assessment team and OSINT team.
- ransform intelligence insights into business-focused reports for executive briefings.
- Strategic Roadmap & Prioritization Alignment
- nsure that the OSINT and threat assessment team initiatives align seamlessly with the client's trust and safety roadmap and cross-functional priorities.
- ollaborate with business partners to synchronize safety-related projects across various organizations within the client's ecosystem.
- Meeting Facilitation & Documentation
- ead and document team meetings, stakeholder briefings, and working sessions, ensuring clear takeaways and accountability.
- aintain organized tracking of key initiatives, decisions, and progress reports.
OSINT Investigations & Intelligence Support (15%)
- Conduct fundamental OSINT investigations to bolster client safety and security initiatives.
- Analyze open-source data for emerging threats, risks, or trends impacting the client's community.
- Collaborate with OSINT analysts to refine intelligence collection methods and enhance reporting strategies.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, program management, or intelligence operations.
- Experience working in OSINT, Law Enforcement, Military, or investigations is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills, with experience building executive-level dashboards and performance reviews.
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to synthesize intelligence findings into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Highly organized, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities, meetings, and initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams, time zones, and senior leadership levels.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Smartsheets, Power BI) is a plus.
The base salary range for this position in California is $90,000-$110,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per California SB 1162.
