Description of the organization

DGA Maîtrise de l'Information is the technical expert of the Ministry of the Armed Forces for information and communication systems, cybersecurity, electronic warfare, navigation functions of weapons systems and missile systems. Within the main center of expertise of the DGA technical directorate, you contribute to the creation of the defense tool and the preparation of future programs.

Description of missions

The person holding the position will be integrated into a knowledge engineering team in which a cell is dedicated to OSINT research and monitoring for the benefit of business analysts in a Cyberdefense / Offensive Computer Warfare context. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in specific OSINT research on the Internet and will be able to develop tools automating research, monitoring, web scraping, as well as data enhancement for research sponsors. Profile sought

Holder of a BAC+5 level diploma, you have training and if possible initial experience with the following skills:

• Programming languages ​​(Python, JavaScript, etc.);
• Web scrapping tools (Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, etc.);
• Complex data analysis;
• Communication: ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-experts and to write clear reports.

Recruitment process

Recruitment interviews (technical, HR and management) will take place at DGA MI.The salary will be determined based on professional experience and the job connection to the State's digital professions reference framework (DINUM) version 2021.As the position may require access to information relating to national defense secrets, the incumbent will be subject to an authorization procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2311-1 et seq. of the Defense Code and IGI No. 1300 of August 9, 2021.
