Intelligence & IE Analyst - Defense Sector

Job description:

As part of the development of our monitoring and business intelligence activities applied to the Defense sector, we are looking for a Monitoring & IE Analyst capable of processing, analyzing and synthesizing strategic information for our institutional and industrial clients.

This key position involves managing data operations, supervising monitoring processes and integrating critical data for our technical and market studies.

Main missions:

Technical-operational monitoring and intelligence for the Defense sector:

• Monitoring and exploitation of OSINT (open source intelligence) sources.
• Integration and structuring of data in the group's databases
• Coordination with experts for feeding and updating databases.

Data and Database Management:

• Specification of data requirements for monitoring tools and platforms.
• Supervision of the deployment of ETL and data visualization solutions.
• Identify trends and weak signals in the defense field.

Required skills:

• Data and BDD techniques: Design and operation of databases (SQL, MySQL, R, Python).
• Information monitoring and structuring tools (OSINT, web scraping, ETL).
• Experience in data visualization, decision analysis and exploitation of databases

Intelligence & Business Intelligence:

• Excellent command of monitoring tools and methodologies (specialized search engines, databases, AI applied to IE)
• Identifying trends and weak signals in the defense field
• Ensure competitive and technological monitoring of companies and innovations in the sector.

Profile sought:

• Bac+5 training in information management, IE or data science.
• Proven experience in strategic and technical-operational monitoring in the defense sector.
• Experience in data project management and operating complex databases.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages ​​(German, Chinese) is a plus.

Knowledge of the defense sector and its players (naval in particular) would be a definite asset.
