We are looking for a Corporate & Physical Security Expert for one of our clients in Milan.

The application must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Security, International Relations, Political Science or related fields
• Certifications in Crisis Management, Risk Management and OSINT Analysis
• Previous experience of 2/3 years in a similar role within a complex organization
• 2/3 years experience in Crisis Management, Physical & Travel Security
• Experience in Security Risk Assessment
• Use of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, with specific skills in using Pivot Tables
• Using open-source monitoring platforms such as OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) tools
• Knowledge of physical security management systems (PSIM)
• Knowledge of crisis management software such as Everbridge or Crisis Manager etc
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data from different sources
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

Activity:

• Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a crisis management model to ensure the safety of the organization's personnel, assets and operations
• Provide support to the crisis response team during incidents, offering coordination and logistical assistance to ensure effective response and recovery
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
• Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies and stakeholders to ensure a unified and efficient crisis response
• Analyze evolving geopolitical scenarios to provide an early view of global risks and threats
• Support the execution of physical security risk assessments related to company assets
• Monitor international security incidents, events and trends globally using open-source analytics
• Assess the evolution of geopolitical scenarios to provide a forward-looking view of global risks and threats for strategic decision-making, opportunity identification and risk mitigation
• Plan and coordinate safety measures for staff travel, including risk assessments, safety advice and emergency support

Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days a week in Milan office
