Center Manager for the Center for FININT and OSINT in PET

Do you have in-depth knowledge of intelligence operations and acquisition disciplines? Are you motivated to lead and develop acquisition methods in a complex and changing threat landscape? And are you passionate about helping to protect and safeguard Denmark? Then you could become our new Center Manager at the Center for FININT and OSINT (CFO).

Become part of the work of leading and developing acquisition methods within FININT and OSINT
As a center manager in CFO, your task will be to lead and develop PET's work within Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Financial Intelligence (FININT). In CFO, we work to identify, collect, process and assess information from all available open source sources that are used to protect Denmark, the Kingdom of Denmark and Danish interests abroad.

You must ensure that the daily operations of the center are well-functioning and be at the forefront of the development of acquisition methods. You will also have a broad contact surface across the organization, and enter into close cooperation with PET's other operational departments in particular.

Experience with intelligence work and strategic management
You are an experienced leader of leaders, and have several years of experience with management in the intelligence world. You also have expertise within FINNIT and OSINT, which enables you to drive the strategic development of the center. You make well-considered decisions in an operational reality that is characterized by a complex and changing threat landscape. You think interdisciplinary and long-term, taking into account the requirements and expectations for your field of expertise, and you create safe and trusting spaces for the involvement of employees and managers in the change.

In addition, we would like to see that:
• You have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners - both national and international
• You have continuously developed your management skills through education, development courses or similar
• You have experience with and a strong interest in driving strategic development processes
• You solve the management task with commitment, curiosity and loyalty
• You possess the mental capacity to quickly and confidently understand complex information and familiarize yourself with new and changing tasks when the needs and expectations for your management of the department change
• You have solid judgment and are able to handle ethical, safety and legal dilemma situations in a well-considered manner in accordance with PET's management values

Employment conditions
Employment start as soon as possible.

An employment relationship at PET must be treated with discretion, which you as an applicant must be aware of. This means that you can generally tell close and confidential relations whom you trust that you have applied for a position at PET, but not what the job entails.

It is a prerequisite for employment in PET that you can be security cleared to top secret, and that you must be able to maintain the security clearance throughout your entire employment. As a security cleared person, you are expected to be particularly aware of your duty of confidentiality in relation to classified information.

You will be employed on collective agreement terms in accordance with the agreements in force at any time between the Ministry of Finance and the Central Organisation of Danish Academics. You will be placed as a senior consultant with personnel management.

Your workplace will be at Klausdalsbrovej 1 in Søborg, right next to Buddinge station, where both S-trains and buses run right to the door. In PET, we work on internal systems and with confidential tasks, and therefore we also come to work every day to solve our tasks.
