Your Tasks
- Processing of online product piracy cases
- Coordination of test purchases with external service providers
- Requesting and coordinating takedowns against online offers of counterfeit
- products
- Entering and maintaining online piracy cases in the case management system
- General support of the line manager in his Global Online Monitoring tasks
- Management and archiving of incoming product samples / evidence
- Coordination and constant exchange with the specialist functions regarding the verification of counterfeit products
- Coordination and commissioning of laboratory analyses of seized counterfeit products
- Close cooperation with colleagues in the trademark department regarding required trademark certificates and powers of attorney
- Constant exchange and communication with the BPU managers abroad
- Support and cooperation in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Support in the organization of physical BPU meetings in Hamburg and abroad
Your Profile
- Experienced Team assistant, Paralegal or Marketing person with eCommerce and Social Media background who used to work in a diverse and complex team dynamic
- Excellent administration and organizational skills with high level of attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills combined with the ability to identify relevant targets
- Flexibility and desire to be involved in a broad range of administrative tasks and ability to multi-task within the context of a busy team environment
- Interest / first experience in Online investigations and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)
- Knowledge and experience in data processing or use of a Case Management Software
- Take the initiative, show drive and personal commitment with hands on mentality
- Work effectively with highly diverse teams and external partners
- Strong listening & communication skills
- Advanced computer skills: including excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent English and German Skills
- You have a positive, ‘Can do’ mentality as well as a proactive and flexible mindset, are a real teamplayer in driving a positive team atmosphere and enjoy being an active member of the BPU Team
