What awaits you

• You will delve deeply into the analysis of the current information security situation , taking into account the exciting, dynamic geopolitical developments. With your keen eye, you will identify and evaluate cyber threats (OSINT) and develop effective countermeasures to take our security to the next level!
• In the event of information security incidents or serious ICT-related events, you will play a key role in identification, response and follow-up (2nd LoD) and make a significant contribution to maintaining and strengthening our security standards!
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, compliance departments and external security providers.
• We can also rely on your know-how when it comes to quality assurance , process optimization and consulting in the 1st Line of Defense .

What you bring with you

• Completed degree (diploma/master) related to information security (e.g. business informatics) or corresponding training
• Many years of professional experience in the field of compliance, IT security or information security management
• CISM certification is desired
• Extensive knowledge : regulatory requirements, IT security, operational information security management
• Experience in conducting OSINT research and monitoring threat situations
• Very good German and English
• Excellent communication skills , strong argumentation skills, and networked/strategic thinking
• Willingness to take on on-call duties
