Job Title – Investigative Intelligence Analyst/Security Analyst IV

Duration – 12 Months

Location – Cupertino, CA 95014

Notes: Hybrid, Mondays and Fridays remote. Tues, Wed and Thu in the office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collect, evaluate, and analyze data to produce relevant, concise, and thoughtful analytical reports
  • Monitor social media, deep and dark web and open source, as well as other internal and external tools to support investigations and other business groups
  • Conduct, triage, and assess preliminary cases, alerts and investigations
  • Maintain robust relationships with corporate partners and vendors
  • Stay updated on the latest tactics, techniques, and tools that can enhance the team's capabilities, and take lead on projects to implement them
  • Maintain investigative database repositories, ensuring all relevant fields and investigative findings are properly and consistently documented
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s most valuable intellectual property to proactively identify and investigate potential risks
  • Collaborate effectively with team to meet all investigative deadlines where feasible and communicate clearly when prioritization of tasks must occur to ensure time and effort resources are properly directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in intelligence research, analysis, and development of intel products/reports related to insider threat, IP theft, and cybercrime investigations
  • Experience in extracting, analyzing, manipulating, and organizing large amounts of data from disparate sources, including social media, open source, and deep and dark web
  • Proven experience using online, analytical and investigative tools, such as relational databases, Tableau, Excel/Numbers, and deep and dark web platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex findings into meaningful, easy-to-understand formats, including written summaries, visualizations, and presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work onsite at client office, as role requires regular team collaboration and access to sensitive corporate information
