Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OSINT Manager to join our team, providing intelligence analysis and support for the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) J2. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for consolidating all-source intelligence analysis, reporting, and coordination of intelligence operations, including international intelligence engagements, exercises, ISR synchronization, and intelligence planning.

You will provide critical support to USCENTCOM components, deployed forces, DoD agencies, and Combatant Commands across the globe. This role requires a strong background in OSINT, intelligence operations, and IT support, as well as excellent skills in facilities management, training, and Special Security Office (SSO) support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OSINT Management: Lead the OSINT analysis and ensure the timely, accurate, and actionable delivery of intelligence products in support of USCENTCOM's mission.
  • Intelligence Operations: Coordinate and support the execution of all-source intelligence analysis, reporting, and intelligence operations in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • International Engagements: Support USCENTCOM’s international intelligence efforts, including engagements with partner nations and coalition forces.
  • ISR Synchronization: Facilitate coordination of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) efforts to ensure they are aligned with operational objectives.
  • Intelligence Planning: Collaborate with planners to integrate intelligence requirements into operational planning cycles.
  • IT & Facilities Support: Provide critical IT support for intelligence operations, ensuring operational facilities are equipped and functional.
  • Training & Security Support: Assist in training personnel and provide support to the Special Security Office to maintain compliance with security protocols.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide timely intelligence products to support operational decisions for USCENTCOM components, deployed forces, other DoD agencies, and Combatant Commands around the world.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3  years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on OSINT, all-source intelligence, or related intelligence disciplines.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of intelligence analysis methodologies, ISR operations, intelligence reporting processes, and special security operations.
  • Security Clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across various organizations and with international partners.
    • Experience in the integration of intelligence systems and IT support for operations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise intelligence products.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Security Studies, or related field is preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s operational environment and AOR.
  • Experience supporting USCENTCOM, combatant commands, or similar military entities.
  • Expertise in OSINT platforms and tools for data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
