Information Search: Online and Calling Offices Directly

We are looking for someone to research date of births for new members of parliament in the United Kingdom (149 mps missing dobs). We need a year and month for our records. The best option is to search online and if there are no results there then calling the parliament offices directly might be a good option. Each date of birth found will result in a flat rate of between £10-20. Up to £3k total for the job. Please let me know if you have any questions.
