We are seeking a talented Freelance Online Course Developer to create engaging course material and online video classes for our platform on an ad hoc basis. • Record interpersonal training videos featuring your face to enhance learner engagement and relatability.
• Create and manage an online academy, organizing courses into a coherent and accessible curriculum.
• Collaborate remotely with our team to ensure course content aligns with company goals and standards.
• Continuously update and improve course content based on feedback and industry developments.
• Ensure all educational materials adhere to best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating and developing online courses, preferably in the OSINT or cybersecurity fields.
• Strong understanding of educational best practices and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging and high-quality video content, including on-camera presentation skills.
• Proficiency with course creation tools and platforms (e.g., Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific) and multimedia editing software.
• Good understanding of OSINT and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous online courses, video classes, and educational materials.
• Preferred: Based in a western country to ensure perfect English proficiency and cultural relevance.
