About the work:

Tadaweb is hiring a Customer Success Manager (“Information Ninja”) for its emerging business in Spain. This is a role for someone with skills in public data acquisition and research, and a track record supporting public sector clients located in Spain who use Tadaweb’s SaaS platform to make their OSINT investigations more effective and efficient. This role requires the person to reside in the Community of Madrid or the city of Paris and requires occasional travel throughout Southern Europe to meet with our clients. In addition, travel within Europe may also be possible to meet with the teams in our other offices in Luxembourg, Paris or London.

Scope of work:

• You will build and maintain relationships of trust, transparency and commitment with our users and key stakeholders within our clients, ensuring the success of their mission.
• You will train and mentor our clients on our platform to deliver maximum value in open source data collection and analysis.
• You will troubleshoot issues on a daily basis and assist customers with use cases so they successfully complete their technical challenges and expand their investigative capabilities.
• You will act as the voice of the customer internally to transfer their feedback and requests to the product team and developers.
• You will research, explore, and help implement new technologies to help our customers.

Your profile:

• Experience in collecting public information and data online, generating OSINT and/or OSINF, internet research and knowledge of data extraction techniques.
• You are comfortable preparing and presenting product demonstrations, training workshops and client briefs.
• You are interested in both current international affairs and new technologies.
• You have an ethical, legal and transparent approach to data collection.
• You have a native level in Spanish and speak and write English fluently.

You get extra points if you have any of the following:

• Experience in social media analysis, and research on the deep web, dark web and clear web.
• Experience as an open source analyst and web intelligence.
• Geopolitical Intelligence Analyst
• Business Intelligence Analyst
• Investigations into security and public order.
• Experience working within a SaaS or digital consulting environment.
• Ability to explain complex problems to users in a simple way.
• Experience with data mining (ideally using Python but not required) and experience with data analysis.
